Meet Your Therapist

Lanh Durlak
Founder and Owner
Hi there — thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
My unique combination of professional experiences and trainings along with my lived experience provides me the skills to co-create space with you. You can expect me to bring my personal self into our therapeutic relationship as a way to connect and enhance your therapeutic journey.
Within the last 5 years, I have intentionally committed to working on locating my authentic self in order to show up as the best partner, parent, daughter, sibling, and therapist. This has been a difficult yet healing journey for me.
I look forward to being able to do this with you on your healing journey.

Working With Me

You are the expert
I hold that you are the expert of yourself as well as your family. The therapeutic process is the hard work that I will commit to staying grounded in during our time together.

Grounded in attachment
I believe that your early caregiving relationship patterns show up in current relationships (i.e., partner, career, parent-child). We will explore these attachment patterns together.

Parallel process
I provide a judgment-free therapeutic space where you can be yourself, allowing you to engage more authentically and mindfully in your relationships with others.
Services and Rates
Full Circle Mental Health Counseling Services is considered Out-of-Network (OON) for many insurance providers. This means we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt (also known as a Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement.
Options for in-person and virtual telehealth are available.
All therapeutic services start at $150 per 60 minutes.

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
We'll spend time together where you will have opportunities to navigate areas of your life that feel hard or where you are feeling 'stuck'.

Family, Dyadic
(parent-child), or Couples Psychotherapy Sessions
Because we make sense of ourselves and the world around us through our relationships — this is especially true for children — we will focus the therapeutic work on your relationships with others.

Professional Development
In 2023, Reflective Practice Through a Racialized Lens: My Hero's Journey was published. This workbook was created after many months of casual conversations that were gently guided by Dr. Marva Lewis. These shared spaces offered safe opportunities for us to process our individual stories and experiences of racism, culture, identity, power, and privilege within the workplace.
We hope that this workbook allows other infant, children, and family serving professionals to feel empowered to embrace their own stories as they continue showing up.
